Round 11 Domino’s ‘Hotshot of the Week’
We are excited to announce our ‘Hotshots of the Week’ for Round 11, thanks to Domino’s Tura Beach.
Our first winner is Narooma Lions Scoreboard Stalwart Terry Gilliam!
Terry has been the Lions scoreboard attendant of 2 decades, and has always loved being able to help the club he loves!
With the introduction of a brand new electronic scoreboard down at Bill Smyth Oval, Terry was finally able to sit back and enjoy the footy without the need to run the scoreboard!
The Lions thank you for your dedication and hope we see you running the new scoreboard soon!!
Our Second Hotshot is Ethan Adams from the Pambula Panthers!
Ethan has played senior footy at the panthers for the last 3 years, but in 2019, he has volunteered a lot of his time to help keep the club running smoothly.
He plays, sits on the Pambula Board, and also coaches the future generation of Panthers by coaching the Panthers U10s side!
Volunteers like Ethan are invaluable to clubs and the Panthers thank you for everything you do for the club!
Well done to Terry and Ethan on being nominated for the Hotshot of the Week!
If you have someone in your club across the weekend who has a standout individual performance on the field, shows great sportsmanship, goes above and beyond off the field, or just deserves recognition for their service to their club, the umpiring group or the league generally, please nominate them by emailing Mitch a short write up, along with a photo of them.
Each weekly winner will receive a ‘Hot Shot’ pizza voucher thanks to Domino’s Tura Beach as a reward for their efforts.
